Art as a channel:
I feel that it is part of my purpose in this lifetime to bring information through from other realms. Creativity comes from a place of no mind, and it is in this space that we can access those hidden parts of ourselves that are also one with all that is.
Art as a mirror:
My paintings are a reflection of my world at any given time. They often have more than one layer. The first layer is usually cryptic. The works often have to be felt, to be understood.
Art as a processing tool:
Darkness: what is hidden grows as it festers and is bottled up, creating pain and disconnection. What is embraced and owned as part of the self can be processed and transformed. My shadow self is exposed for all the world to see, leaving me free.
Light: with a paintbrush as my tool I celebrate and explore life, glorifying all aspects of the divine.
